We're a small luxury-leaning brand with a big summer ahead. The 2026 catalog drops in July, the shoot is the last weekend of June, and we need someone with taste, hands, and an eye for what makes a look read on camera.
This isn't editorial. This isn't celebrity. This is catalog work — pick the looks, order the samples, prep the garments, ship the returns, and stand behind every outfit when the camera turns on. If you've got the eye but not the resume, we'd rather train someone hungry than hire someone tired.

The training
Full access to the MoMA "Fashion as Design" specialization on Coursera — a 20-hour program from The Museum of Modern Art covering silhouettes, craft, sustainability, and the cultural language of clothing. Finish it by Week 3 and walk away with a real certificate for your resume.
An AI assistant — Ea — integrated into your daily workspace to help you draft vendor emails, format spreadsheets, plan shoot-day timelines, and anything else where your time is better spent making decisions than typing.
And you get us — twice-weekly video check-ins, open messaging during work hours, and the founder personally walking you through brand DNA in Week 1.
The fit
Who we're looking for
Eye for color, proportion, and outfit construction.
Comfortable with garments — steaming, pressing, light repairs, on-set fixes.
Highly organized. Can manage 50+ samples without losing track of one.
Calm under shoot-day pressure.
Reliable. If you say you'll be on the call, you're on the call.
Miami-based or willing to be on-site for the shoot weekend (June 27-29).
Day three of three. Hot studio. Model is hungry. The pieces aren't matching the way you thought they would. What do you do?
Bonus points
Bilingual EN/ES · existing showroom or vendor relationships in Miami · swim, resort, or contemporary category experience · any portfolio. No formal fashion education required. No degree. No 10-year resume. If you've got the eye and the discipline, we can train the rest.

Who we are
RAASHATA is a luxury-coded fashion brand built around taste, restraint, and a quiet kind of confidence. Founded by a Miami-based filmmaker and photographer who's spent years behind the lens shooting fashion and decided to put it in front. We move fast, we ship clean, and we don't do the thing where you wait six weeks for a yes-or-no. We treat our team like collaborators, not contractors.
